How to Use the Peptide Calculator

1. Enter the Vial Quantity
   Input the total amount of peptide in the vial (in milligrams). This is the amount provided on your research-grade peptide label.

2. Enter the Amount of Bacteriostatic Water
   Add the volume of bacteriostatic water (in milliliters) that you will use to reconstitute the peptide. This determines the final concentration of the solution.

3. Enter the Desired Dose
   Input the dose you want to measure (in micrograms). The calculator will determine how much solution to draw per dose.

4. Select Syringe Size (Optional)
   Choose the type of syringe you plan to use. The calculator will also convert the dose into insulin units for easy measurement.

5. Click “Calculate”
   The calculator will display:

   • Concentration (mcg/mL) – how concentrated your peptide solution is

   • Volume per Dose (mL) – the amount of solution per injection

   • Insulin Units/Pen clicks – helpful if using an insulin syringe (1 pen click = 1 unit on insulin syringe)

   • Total Doses – the maximum number of doses available from the vial

6. Review Your Results
   Use the calculated values only for research purposes. Double-check your entries to ensure accurate calculations.
